About the role: You will be responsible for building appropriate and effective business relationships with key stakeholders. With a focus on business development, you will participate in all aspects of proposal development, driving Altis Canberra's growth by identifying leads and pursuing opportunities, and supporting and closing deals. As a data and analytics subject matter expert and senior member of the Altis team, you will also play a key part in project delivery, knowledge sharing and actively coaching and mentoring junior team members.
Your skills and experience: Direct and pre-sales experience Lead and opportunity identification and generation Ability to maintain an awareness of opportunities provided by new technology to address challenges or to enable new ways of working across industries, technologies and methodologies Experience working closely with the Altis Sales team to help prospects to clarify their needs and requirements Designing, planning and positioning high quality business solutions to solve complex customer data and analytics issues Working with and presenting to senior customer prospects and stakeholders with confidence and polish Experience mentoring and providing mentorship to consultants Vendor and Partner relationship experience Demonstrated experience leading project teams Ability to enhance brand awareness Background in Data and Analytics (essential) Current Australian Federal Government security clearance, or ability to obtain one (essential) Qualifications/ Education Tertiary qualification in IT-related subject, or relevant work experience 10+ years broad IT experience 10+ years' experience delivering data & analytics projects 10+ years consulting experience Why Altis?
