With a focus on business development, you will participate in all aspects of proposal development, driving Altis Canberra's growth by identifying leads and pursuing opportunities, and supporting and closing deals. As a data and analytics subject matter expert and senior member of the Altis team, you will also play a key part in project delivery, knowledge sharing and actively coaching and mentoring junior team members.Your skills and experience:Direct and pre-sales experienceLead and opportunity identification and generationAbility to maintain an awareness of opportunities provided by new technology to address challenges or to enable new ways of working across industries, technologies and methodologiesExperience working closely with the Altis Sales team to help prospects to clarify their needs and requirementsDesigning, planning and positioning high quality business solutions to solve complex customer data and analytics issuesWorking with and presenting to senior customer prospects and stakeholders with confidence and polishExperience mentoring and providing mentorship to consultantsVendor and Partner relationship experienceDemonstrated experience leading project teamsAbility to enhance brand awarenessBackground in Data and Analytics (essential)Current Australian Federal Government security clearance, or ability to obtain one (essential)Qualifications/ EducationTertiary qualification in IT-related subject, or relevant work experience10+ years broad IT experience10+ years' experience delivering data & analytics projects10+ years consulting experienceWhy Altis?Our Commitment to you.
