Delivery LeadResponsibilities:
Lead a delivery squad comprising Business Analysts, Developers, and TestersCollaborate with the Delivery Manager to ensure exceptional delivery outcomesMentor and enhance the technical and delivery skills of team membersConduct code reviews and uphold high engineering standardsAssist in planning the work roadmap with the Delivery ManagerCultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersRequirements: 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 3 years in software development leadership rolesExperience as a Delivery Lead, Agile Team/Squad Lead, or Engineering ManagerPreferred expertise in Customer, Billing, or CRM domainsProven track record of delivering complex programs of workStrong understanding of software development practices, methodologies, and toolsAt Charterhouse, we embrace and value diversity of culture, working arrangements, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
