This plan is supported by the change practice within the Enterprise Project Management Office, which is expanding to manage and lead change effectively across the university.The Change Manager role is crucial in this transformation, reporting to the Deputy Director, Portfolio Delivery. This role involves leading the design, delivery, and management of change activities for university programs and projects. This role will focus on internal change, communication, training, and engagement, providing guidance and tools to build capabilities in affected areas. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to develop change plans that align with the broader project goals.About YouTo be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Define and shape change needs: Identify and outline the project's change requirements within the university, applying a structured change methodology throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and implement plans: Create actionable deliverables for change management, including communications, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training, and resistance management plans. Develop a comprehensive communications and engagement plan.Assess and strategize: Evaluate the scope and impact of changes to determine a suitable change strategy. Conduct training needs analysis and develop relevant training materials.Build relationships and networks: Establish change networks and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and project teams. Manage stakeholder resistance and ensure user readiness.Integrate and track: Integrate change management activities into the project plan, track change adoption and effectiveness, and report issues. Identify and prepare risk mitigation tactics.Support and improve: Support senior leaders, consult with the project team, and drive business change aligned with organizational strategy.
