Delivery Lead

Our client is a leading telecommunications provider dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their customers.We are seeking an experienced and Technial Delivery Manager who will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple programs of work within their enterprise application portfolio, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and delivery.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.Ensure clear and consistent communication at all levels, from technical teams to VP-level stakeholders.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Proactively address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, understanding IT constraints and managing them effectively.Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to optimize project delivery.Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the delivery team.Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future performance.Skills Required:Enterprise-Level Applications experience in upgrading and integrating oenterprise-level applications, including billing systems.Experiecnce completing rigorous testing protocols with high quality performance standardsStrong background leading project and software teams to delivery successAbility to effectively prioritise and communicate with VP level stakeholdersPrevious consulting experience with AWS highly regardedHow to Apply: To be considered for the Delivery Manager role, please submit your application QUOTING REF.238373 OR Submit your application to ****** note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
