The Delivery Lead is a key role in the tribe, responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of the programs across the Daily Banking tribe.

The primary focus of this role is to lead the delivery of the key programs in the tribe reporting to the IT Area Lead and working closely with Domain Leads, Tribe Lead, CJE, Product Owners, Architects, Feature Engineers, and external vendors to deliver with high quality, on time, within scope and budget.
What you'll do: Plan and manage all aspects of IT delivery for change, including IT planning, design, release planning, testing, and deployment.Manage what is being worked on within the squad (in consultation with the CJE, Domain Lead, and IT Area Lead), meeting the squad's KPIs (together with the squad) and deciding on the squad's key priorities.Ensure project governance and project deliverables adhere to mandatory enterprise project standards.Conduct operational readiness reviews to ensure all projects complete operational readiness processes and meet requirements prior to being approved for release to production.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Shared Technology Services and Security, Risk & Compliance, Architecture to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and risk management frameworks.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including providing updates to the Platform Owner and other senior management.Contribute to improving the squad's way of working and team performance.What we're looking for: Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a delivery role ideally within the Financial Services Industry (preferably Retail Banking).Strong analytical skills as understanding of complex back-office processes are required.Strong communication skills that will enable the successful candidate to work closely aligned with a variety of support functions, stakeholders, and international vendors.Experience with working with Agile delivery, DevOps as a way of working.Demonstrated experience in working and managing timely delivery of complex projects with teams spread across geographical locations.What's in it for you?
