We have an opportunity for an experienced Delivery Lead to join our newly formed Delivery Practices division. As a Delivery Lead, you will be supported by an inclusive team as you lead multiple delivery teams in the management, control, and coordination of initiatives to drive the creation of a new Bank. You will provide expertise across delivery management, resource management, financial management, delivery and sprint planning, scheduling and execution, progress reporting, and stakeholder engagement, whilst ensuring strong governance. Additionally, your focus will be to deliver these initiatives whilst maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
Working collaboratively, your key responsibilities will include:
Implementing key initiatives in line with agreed budget, schedule, and quality Managing and coordinating the delivery plan, associated risks, and cross-functional resources within approved budgets and schedules Driving governance of Agile, project, release management, change, and testing methodologies Helping to determine and deliver value up front Developing financial evaluation models, benefits, and outlining ongoing BAU costs, in order to hand over to the business Identifying and assigning resource requirements to deliver initiatives and tracking progress Taking accountability for the overall technical solution by providing thought leadership and governance to technical delivery teams Developing plans to mitigate risk with a sound understanding of risk management principles About You
You are a well-experienced Delivery Manager working across both Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies. You have successfully delivered concurrent, complex initiatives within the finance and/or banking field that has involved managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisation whilst leading cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated leadership experience in successfully delivering initiative outcomes A strong focus on customer service and identifying the needs and pain points of end users Outstanding influencing, negotiation, and communication skills Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills Broad technical understanding of banking technology including application development, infrastructure management, cyber security, and integration Proven estimating and resource management skills Experience establishing steering committees and working groups Experience using JIRA to set sprint goals and track progress Experience preparing schedules, cost reporting, status tracking, and progress reporting Your degree qualification in business, IT, or related field or equivalent is required, and certification in recognised project management qualification, with Agile certifications will be highly regarded.
