About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Delivery Consultant to join our tech recruitment team. As a Delivery Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and placing top-tier tech candidates with our clients. You will be the key point of contact for both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Provide career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients which are professional, useful, ethical and memorable, creating a lasting impression of Davidson. Source and attract qualified tech professionals using various channels. Screen and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing support throughout the recruitment process. Understand clients' hiring needs and organisational culture. Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on recruitment progress. Create and manage job advertisements to attract suitable candidates. Comply with contractor care and redeployment, identify and suggest innovative and efficient ways Davidson can deliver improved service in these areas. Implement candidate sourcing and talent pooling plans to maximise quality candidate attraction. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry. Strong understanding of tech roles and industry dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
