We're an established software company, focused on developing and delivering our industry-leading Condor investigative case management solution, to the law enforcement, anti-corruption, regulatory and national security and intelligence community.
You'll join our agile multi-disciplined delivery and ongoing support team, working to implement our out-of-the-box solutions to our customers specific requirements.
You'll manage onboarding our new customers, by running discovery sessions with customers, documenting their processes and configuration requirements, assist with system configuration, manage our QA testing and coordinate customer user acceptance testing, and conduct training sessions.
We also value building strong ongoing partnerships with our customers, so you'll take the customer knowledge you've developed, and take a lead role in continuing support for the customer, resolving any issues and assisting them in continually evolving their solution to meet their changing requirements.
Your experience with our customers will also provide value to our Product team, assisting in design and validation of new product features.
For this role, skills & experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
