Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Human Resources Compliance Analyst to join our team at Head Office in Docklands. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits relating to all Human Resources fields including IR/ER, payroll and immigration. If you are a HR professional with a passion for optimizing HR compliance and driving efficiency, we encourage you to apply and contribute to the seamless operation of our HR functions.
Responsibilities: Conducting audits (IR, ER, payroll, immigration and more) Report on exceptions and compliance gaps Analyse information and provide recommendations on findings Implement improvements that drive efficiency in work practices and audit performance Liaise with Director ER/IR and Talent Acquisition to manage audit outputs and corrective actions to mitigate risks Oversee visa management What you need: Experience in the management, administration, and maintenance of HR and related audits and reports Proven IR/ER knowledge and experience The ability to manage and measure work for continuous improvement Experience in providing advice and support to business stakeholders A strong attention to detail The ability to communicate analytical data to business leaders Delaware North is a global leader in the hospitality and entertainment industry.
