About the RoleReporting through to the Director of People & Culture ManpowerGroup - Australia, the DEIB Advisor will be initially responsible for:
Continuing the execution of our three-year strategy (2023 - 2025)
Coordinating, implementing, and monitoring DEIB initiatives across all brands and locations
Providing advice on the implementation of best practice initiatives that align with our internal, client, and candidate vision
Managing productive stakeholder relationships and external partnerships
Focusing on proactive strategies that increase workforce participation opportunities for individuals belonging to diverse groups
Maintaining 50% female representation in our succession pipeline for our Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team
Effective implementation of our Reflect RAP
Supporting our aspirations to remove barriers to employment
Inclusion for minority and disadvantaged groups such as Veterans or people living with disability
Joining Regional (Asia Pacific Middle East) and Global DEIB working groups and project teams.
Contributing to the development of our future DEIB strategy, goals, and aspirations.
Your BackgroundWe are interested in a wide range of candidates, which includes people who currently specialise in D&I or a related discipline, through to recruitment or HR professionals who have had exposure through generalist or project work.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Tertiary qualifications in human resources or equivalent work experience in the field
Have demonstrated experience operating in a project-based environment, with strong project management skills
Develop a good understanding of relevant policy frameworks and legislation to inform D&I strategies
Embrace diverse views and play a role in coaching, guiding, and developing employees
Have knowledge and experience in delivering D&I strategies and frameworks (desirable)
Be a cultural add to our busy and close-knit People and Culture team
Exhibit positive energy, engagement, and authenticity in presentations and workshops
Support bids, tenders, and client interactions as an SME (or develop to do so)
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Possess creative writing and asset development skills (e.g., banners/posts/newsletter content)
