Crystal Blue Yacht Charters have an exciting opportunity available for Deckhands to join on our newest edition to the luxury Yacht fleet, YOT Capri. This is a Brisbane based position out of Murarrie, however, at times you will need to travel to New Farm or City Botanical Gardens.

YOT Vice which is licensed for 76 guests across 2 luxurious levels with 1 full-service cocktail bar.
Plus, YOT Capri, which will be out largest Super Yacht in the YOT Group fleet. With 3 luxurious open-plan entertaining spaces, catering for up to 70 guests, the layout of this Italian-designed and built Super Yacht, Is an entertainers dream.
Who you are: We are looking for motivated, and career driven individuals, who have a passion for the sea and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our guests.
What your role will look like: Perform general maintenance tasks on the vessel. Cleaning and maintaining the deck and equipment. Participating in safety drills and emergency response procedures. Greeting and assisting guests ensuring the guests experience and safety is priority Preparation of the vessel for transportation including safe securing and departure of vessels Performing constant deck rounds, drills, control mooring lines and ensuring safety compliance at all times What you need to succeed: Working knowledge of marine industry is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing guest experience and meeting business objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
