About the positionAs the Dean of the School of Nursing, Midwifery, and Social Sciences, you will leverage your high-level strategic leadership, management, and enterprise development skills to drive the school's success across a large, multi-campus environment. Using your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will drive a culture of excellence in learning and teaching, research and innovation, and community engagement across both vocational and higher education.
In this position, you will play a critical part in advancing impactful research that shapes healthcare policy and practice both locally and globally. You will support strategic investments aimed at addressing the future workforce needs of Australia's healthcare sector, such as skills shortages. By engaging with stakeholders across academia and industry, you will address evolving healthcare challenges and ensure that our graduates are industry-ready professionals poised to make a difference in healthcare.
