Dealer Principal - Rv Dealership

Bergmans Auto Group is a rapidly expanding multi-franchise new and used vehicle, and RV dealership located in Rockingham, south of Perth.
We are looking for an experienced Dealer Principal to play an important role in driving our business forward.

The position is a hands-on role that will allow you to make this position your own and shape the future of our RV business.
To be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous General Management experience gained within a franchised new vehicle dealership.
While RV experience would be an asset, candidates with experience in New, Used, Passenger, ATV, or light commercial dealerships will be welcomed.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate with a strong understanding of managing key business drivers and the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor staff.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for continuing business development and growth, maximizing performance and results.
The remuneration for this position is based on the level of experience you bring to the role and a profit share agreement based on the business performance.
