About the roleDue to some staffing movements within the group, we are looking to speak with experienced Dealer Principals/Branch Managers to lead the team at our client's top performing Truck dealership branches in Wagga Wagga and Griffith, NSW.
You will be leading a team of around 35 staff across two locations and be primarily responsible for the day to day running of the branch, profitability and growth. We are seeking a strong leader who will work closely with the Executive General Manager to develop and implement the overall strategy of the branch to drive growth.
The ideal candidate will be operationally focused and results driven, who has a keen eye for growth strategies as well as management and leadership skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy: Work with the EGM to develop and implement the overall strategy for the Branches, driving sales, parts, service, and rental growth to increase market share.Team Development: Mentor and coach Branch Managers, fostering a high performance culture, while developing a robust talent pipeline.Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational activities, including customer experience, employee engagement, and financial targets, ensuring business goals are met.Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention across the Region.Values Champion: Create a culture that promotes teamwork, accountability and customer service.Stakeholder Management: Lead the relationship with the OEM, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving successful outcomes.Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency in aftermarket operations, improve workshop performance, and ensure long-term profitability across the 2 branches.Previous exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Kenworth, Volvo, Western Star, MAN, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Fuso, Iveco, Hino, Isuzu, Scania, Freightliner or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
