Payroll Officer – creation of new employees, wage processing, End of Month & Year requirementsDeal Processor - complete processing from contract to ledger, accruals, claim processing, commissions, reconciliations, and End of Month requirements.Banking Administrator – daily bank processing, bank reconciliation and general administration/clerical dutiesExperience is required and preferably from the automotive industry. You will join an Administration Team supported by employees with many years in their field. Their assistance will allow you to develop your career and expand your knowledge.

Accounting experience, reconciliations, accruals, journal processingAutomotive Deal ProcessingAbility to audit, assess & ensure all documentation is provided.Be a stickler for completed paperwork.Recognize any oversights and/or errors and rectify.Effective communication with managementDMS – Auto IT experience/skills (an advantage)Microsoft Office (word, excel)Unipay knowledge – an advantageAbility to meet deadlines.A team player with excellent communication skillsAble to work autonomously with limited supervision.An excellent remuneration is on offer for the successful candidate.
