About the role: The Finance Business Partner - Consumer is responsible for financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating commercial proposals and business cases. The role involves collaborating with the Commercial team to ensure financial rigor in senior leadership decisions while also providing guidance and support to team members in a leadership capacity.
Role & Responsibilities: Support analysis and reporting assignments. Leverage data for business intelligence and reporting. Support the review of business proposals: drive process governance and rigorous decision making. Support Board Monthly Performance Meeting reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes. Manage the relations and expectations of various stakeholders. Convert business needs into developed processes and develop relationships while navigating different personalities and behavioral preferences. Support, coach, and develop other team members in their positions and duties. Skills & Experience: Experience in a Financial Planning or Commercial Analyst position in blue-chip organizations. Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated track record of successful delivery working with sales and marketing functions and interacting heavily with senior management. Highly developed financial and commercial analysis expertise. Ability to turn complex large amounts of data into simple commercial insights. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, advanced formulas, etc.).
