The role: To deliver and create innovative insights for clients through the design and implementation of the Dayforce solution across a wide range of industries and using EY methodologies and practices to fit project needs.
Your key responsibilities Design and lead Dayforce projects and work streams to enhance business functionality and organizational performance.
Planning and facilitation of client workshops including the development of key deliverables such as Solution Design Blueprints, Configuration workbooks, functional and technical documentation.
Perform fit-for-purpose analysis, and provide advice, recommendations and reports on technology solutions and industry best practice.
Design, build and test the Dayforce solution, including Core HR, Workforce Management, Talent Suite, Payroll, Integration and Systems, People and Process design.
Participate in and contribute to opportunity management initiatives such as creating proposals and conducting solution demonstrations and discovery sessions.
Undertake domain-specific advisory services such as remediation assessments, development of business cases, process design and transformation roadmaps.
Work as part of a broad and experienced People and HR Transformation team that will give you direct access to talented leaders to guide engagement delivery and support your development and career path.
What we're looking for Relevant Degree or Qualification (preferred).
Experience in designing and implementing Dayforce technology solutions.
Certification in Dayforce modules (preferred).
Experience in leading projects or work streams on complex, large-scale engagements.
Demonstrated capability in managing senior stakeholder networks and relationships.
Proven ability to manage teams, coach colleagues, and provide clear leadership and developmental feedback to team members.
