About the Role:
Davies Stewart is thrilled to partner with a trusted client in the role of Customer Service Specialist.
You will report directly to the Aftermarket Value Stream Manager, ensuring efficient administration and exceptional support. So, if you have a passion for customer service and excel at building strong relationships we would love to hear from you!

Temporary role (full time hours) Located in the western suburbs of Adelaide Supportive and collaborative team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate service to customers Serve as a point of contact during business hours to support aftermarket and service customers Process quotations in the agreed format and within the specified time Follow-up of open quotes to enhance conversion to orders Process orders in the ERP system Resolve anomalies between the quote and final service billing to obtain PO variation Raise credit notice Follow-up customers for unpaid invoices under accounts direction Coordinate internal and customer training programs Maintain customer contacts and history of service data Sort data in Medallia and generate CAS reports for management Collate data for key business metrics and collecting other information for reporting requirements Ensure Standard Work is developed and maintained Ensure processes and procedures are documented, audited, and aligned with Be actively engaged within customer programs to identify improvements to customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience:
Recent experience in providing customers service and administration support Exceptional communication skills Customer service focussed with a positive outlook Prior experience in handling customer enquiries Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Strong oral and written communication Ability to use Microsoft Office and ERP systems
