About the Role:
Davies Stewart are partnering with McMahon Services to recruit for a Contracts Administrator.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for the contract management on allocated civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
-Contract Management
Review RFT and contract documentation to determine requirements in the planning of subcontracts Manage subcontractors including review quotes, determine scope of works, generate purchase orders, prepare subcontractor payment schedules and invoices Coordinate pricing, submissions, and variations Prepare subcontractor agreements Assist and prepare contract notices and project cost tracking and forecasting
-Operational Duties
Reading construction drawings/specifications and prepare a take-off Procurements for the project and tracking of all budget allowances against spend Maintenance and updating of drawing register
Skills & Experience:
Excellent verbal, written and strong communication skills Knowledge of billing process, cash flow and insurance compliance Demonstrated ability to interpret legal documents and data Highly developed organisational and administrative skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including MS Project Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering or related degree Ability to demonstrate the ability to manage all aspects of contract tasks including, financial and technical
