Database Administrator

Immediate Start Initial 12 week contract + possible extension St Lucia based ; Hybrid; 3 days from office and 2 days remote work Our Education sector client is looking for a SQL Database Administrator to help them manage and optimise their SQL environments.
You will manage and upgrade from outdated Wintel server environment to Windows 2024.This role will be suited to someone who can start immediately.
Experience Required: Strong technical experience and knowledge in supporting critical business systems within large organizations.
Solid background in implementing, supporting, and managing Microsoft SQL Database environments.
Advanced MS SQL programming skills.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in database clustering, AlwaysOn availability groups, replication, performance optimization, and SQL/T-SQL tuning.
Proven ability to implement, support, and maintain databases and applications in Windows Server environments.
