We're currently hiring for a number of Data Support Specialist's to join our team at GROW!
As a Data Support Specialist, your role will involve:
Processing - Process all assigned work within the contracted SLA. Annual Statements - Ensure all annual statement activities are actioned within agreed time frames. Annual Review - Ensure all year-end annual review activities are allocated and actioned within agreed time frames. Reporting - Ensure all Trustee/Board & Regulatory Reporting is delivered within agreed SLA's. Fund level services - Completion of all regular fund-related processes including regular fee and premium allocations, duplicate member identification, etc. Incident & Risk Management - Ensure all risks and incidents identified are raised immediately with your Stream Lead or Manager. Stakeholder management - Work with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure reporting obligations are met and issues raised are remediated. However, to be successful in this role, we're ideally looking for candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney who have:
3+ years of Business Analysis/Data Analysis experience. Experience/product knowledge in Superannuation. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
