Value NSW are currently seeking to appoint a Land Data Supervisor to support the Land Data Team Leader in ensuring the integrity of the Register of Land Values in accordance with the Valuation of Land Act, other relevant legislation, and Value NSW policies and procedures.
The Land Data Supervisor within the Land Data Management team is a key role with Value NSW.
As the Land Data Supervisor, you will perform maintenance of the Register of Land Values, ensuring customers and stakeholders are provided with accurate property information and land values.
The role also provides supervision, training, and support to staff, is integral in resolving complex enquiries, and performing quality assurance to ensure accuracy and data integrity, whilst meeting key performance outcomes.
About You: To be successful in the role, you will have the capability to work closely with the Team Leader in allocating day-to-day work priorities, make assessments, and seek advice where the complexity of the work falls outside usual procedures.
You will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with staff on complex matters as well as liaise with and issue correspondence to key external stakeholders such as Local Councils, Revenue NSW, various government bodies, and members of the public.
You will have good analytical skills and a high attention to detail, with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the real estate and conveyancing practices.
