What you'll own Work on the development of AI chatbot to support our CX agents to move at Zipspeed!
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (primarily across Product and Marketing) to optimise various processes and in turn, enhance operational efficiency or improve the customer experience.
Analyse large, complex datasets using statistical methods to extract valuable actionable insights.
Support with the development of AI innovation solutions using the latest techniques and technologies (e.g.
