Provide analytical skills to support pricing, modelling, end to end solutions, and other analytics projects.What you'll do:Maintain and continue developing our model monitoring visualisation reporting suite and expand for further analytics dashboard as requiredMaintain and continue updating on our Modelling Engine to keep its mission- modelling without codingSet DevOps practice for backend to manage our data quality, process and enable to share insights via model monitoring reporting suiteDevelop solutions and courses of action by using an information does not limit to data but process optimisation, efficiency in end-to-end ecosystem base to identify key issues, compare with other data and determine cause-effect relationshipsManipulate key data sources for downstream analysisGuide team members to follow DevOps practice and their technical coding skillsAssist other team members with their developmental needs by means of coaching and tailoring training activities to achieve positive outcomesContinue work on Model and Data managementBuild knowledge of GI technical and demand modelling and improve cycle of automated deliveryLook for ways to continuously improve our key analytical processes.What you'll bring:Zero to three years appropriate industry experience in general insuranceMinimum 3 years working in data engineering/process and Data Science solution in financial service industry or consultingStrong analytical skills using SAS, R/RShiny, Excel, and relational databases.
