Due to continued growth within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice, we intend to recruit a Geospatial Analyst with relevant consulting and communication skills.

Candidates can be based anywhere in Australia.
They need to have a NV1 Security clearance to be considered for this position.
Roles and responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing and interpreting geographic information using various GIS tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, process, and analyze geospatial data from multiple sources Create maps, charts, and other visualizations to communicate complex spatial information Develop and maintain geospatial databases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes Provide technical expertise on geospatial analysis methodologies Requirements: Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of Azure Maps Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one Experience with remote sensing and image analysis Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for geospatial analysis
