Data, Research, and Evaluation Coordinator Centre for Mental Health Learning (CMHL)
The Data, Research and Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for identifying and expanding the evidence base for all CMHL operational functions. The role will also have a strong focus on consulting with, and supporting CMHL team members by considering, designing, and implementing evaluation strategies for relevant work.
In consultation with internal and external subject matter experts and identified key stakeholders, the incumbent will also identify, collate, synthesise, and translate information into easily accessible, user-friendly products to support efficient and effective CMHL operations (eg. reports, presentations).

Your new team At the Centre for Mental Health Learning:
 We are a team working together to strengthen mental health workforce development We enjoy a collaborative working environment and care for each other as a team You will help us support major reform in mental health services You will be supported to use your strengths, and grow your skillsYour success in this role, will be your ability to draw on your: Demonstrated industry experience in research and data collection settings, including a broad knowledge and use of various qualitative and quantitative research methodologiesWell-developed communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proactive and self-directed approach with the ability to organise tasks, meet timelines with accurate and appropriate information, and manage conflicting pressures Excellent administrative, analytic, writing, and organisational skills Experience building strategic partnerships and responding to the needs of multiple concurrent stakeholdersDemonstrated industry knowledge and experience working with information databases and data collection tools and softwareYour Contribution A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a mental health profession i.e., Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational TherapyAnd / or be a Mental health lived experience worker from a consumer or carer perspective, who has/is working in a designated role in mental health servicesAnd / or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field i.e., research, evaluation, sociology, education, workforce development, managementYou will be a passionate and committed individual who:
