We are seeking a passionate Data Instructional Leader to join our growing school as we continue to implement a low variance, evidence-based structured literacy approach across our school.Ongoing teacher role with a two-year fixed term Position of Leadership (POL 2)Data Leader role is a 0.4 positionIf the successful applicant is seeking a higher time fraction employment, additional days of classroom teaching may be negotiated.Responsibilities:Implement structured literacy approaches across the school.Lead data analysis to inform teaching practices.Support teachers in the integration of literacy strategies.Collaborate with staff, families, and the community to enhance student learning.Minimum Requirements:Experience in instructional leadership, particularly in literacy.Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.Ability to foster positive relationships within the school community.Commitment to the values of Catholic education.Application Process:Please ensure your application includes a cover letter, resume (including 3 current referees) and a document addressing the following questions:In line with the schools NSIT report, strategic plan and relevant role description how do you see the role of Instructional Leader - (e.g.
