As part of the People Team at Woolworths Group, the Data & Insights Reporting Analyst focuses on delivering a better experience for team members, transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for risk mitigation.
Deliver data insights and reports for senior stakeholders, presenting information clearly and concisely.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting, maintaining data integrity and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Communicate business requirements with internal and external stakeholders and support testing processes.
Develop communications to support initiatives and build relationships with key stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:
Proven track record in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
Strong influencing, engagement, and communication skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Tertiary qualifications in related fields or equivalent industry experience.
