Flexible locations across Brisbane or SydneyFull-time contract through to 30 April 2025The Insights Analyst plays a key role within the Advocacy & Oversight team, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of customer feedback data across the Bank. This role is responsible for meeting operational and regulatory reporting requirements, while also working closely with systems and data teams to provide a comprehensive view of data assets within the Group Customer Advocate team. A primary focus of the role is to enhance the Bank's understanding of customer complaints by supporting business users and optimising insights generated through various reports. Additionally, the role ensures that operational processes are well-documented and user guides are maintained for consistency and clarity.
