As we continue to welcome new clients into the newbook family, the need to bring on passionate and dedicated team members grows. We are currently seeking a highly organised administrator to assist with onboarding our new clients onto our platform and services.
Activities include:
Support our onboarding consultants with client set-up, data cleansing and data tasks as part of the client onboarding journey. Gather business requirements as necessary and apply detailed working knowledge of Newbook and its features to support the client's business. Program management of the onboarding process, ensuring clients are meeting milestones and internal teams are resourced and prepared. Data entry of complex client data. Triaging client requests and applying detailed working knowledge of Newbook and its features to support the client's business. Become a bit of an expert in our product, and help train others when needed. Assist cross-functional teams with product support as required. About you...
