Our values of Pioneering, Accountability, Collaboration, and Tenacity are the PACT our team members make to be our best every day and work together to deliver this vision and create a great place to work.About the role:The Data Engineer's role is to implement and support infrastructure to aid in the collection and interpretation of business data.Key Responsibilities:Build ETL PipelinesConvert business requirements into technical solutions using MS Stack – Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse, DynamicsPrepare, document, and execute test scriptsDiagnose and resolve errors and problems within the Data Warehouse environmentEnsure appropriate performance monitoring and benchmarking are set up within the environmentIntroduce enhancements, bug fixes, and changes into the data warehouseAid in the definition and management of data and dissemination of information within the organizationBuild and manage DevOps CI/CD pipelinesManage the relations and expectations of various stakeholdersConverting business needs into developed processesAbility to develop relationships, and navigate with different personality and behavioral preferencesKey Requirements:2-5 years developing SSIS and/or ADF ETL processes2-5 years developing SQL Server Database applications2-5 years supporting ETL processes and relational databasesProficiency working with Microsoft products including SQL, Azure, Data Factory, Data lakesDimensional and Relational data modeling techniquesDemonstrated ability to understand and prioritize business needsAbility to understand and communicate with various personasAttention to detail – identifying anomalies, inconsistent data pointsDeductive reasoning, logic, analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
