We are seeking talents who can take ownership, eager to learn and self-motivated, to join our team to support AWS data centers managing all of the servers, storages and network that ensure uninterrupted services for our customers. The successful candidate shall follow Amazon Data Center processes and maintain high operational standards in supporting server and network hardware and software. They need to adapt to a fast and constantly changing environment and require shift work including weekends and holidays after completion of training.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesIncident first responder and follow call leader's instruction for hands-on supportBreak-fix and troubleshooting according to process guidelineMaintain proper media operations according to process guidelineCapacity landing and decommissioning according to process guidelineSite management and maintain tidiness in operation areasLearn and develop on operation and support processes with innovation and automationBASIC QUALIFICATIONSShow interest in learning computing hardware and operation systemsGood written and verbal communication in EnglishGood attention to detailsDegree / High Diploma or equivalent qualificationsUp to 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting. Fresh graduates are welcomeBasic understanding of incident response and prioritization.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMajoring in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines is a plus but not requiredKnowledge in Computer Server HardwareKnowledge in Linux Operating SystemKnowledge of any operations, processes and continuous process improvementLiteracy in security and customer data protectionPosted: January 22, 2024
