The
Office of Industrial Relations (OIR)
is on the lookout for a
Data Architect
to take charge of their
Data+ Program , a transformative initiative aimed at elevating data capabilities across the department.
You will shape the framework of data architecture, ensuring seamless integration and management of data.
As the orchestrator of OIR's data flow, you'll design and implement enterprise data models, collaborate with key stakeholders, and propose innovative solutions to advance data governance and security.
Key Qualifications :
A degree in data science, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in data architecture or data management.
Expertise in data governance, integration, and modelling.
Proficiency with contemporary technologies and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (highly desirable).
Experience with ETL processes and tools, along with a sound understanding of data security regulations.
Compensation and Benefits :
Full-time contract through June 30, 2025, with a 12-month extension possible.
Competitive salary package, commensurate with industry standards.
40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), offering a balanced work-life structure.
