We are seeking a skilled Data and Reporting Officer to join our team in Bathurst or Dubbo on a fixed-term basis. Part time and Full Time options will be considered.As a Data and Reporting Officer, you will support the mental health teams in the collection, entry, collation, extraction, and upload of required client and service delivery data and related administration. This role champions data integrity and supports the presentation of data and reports to assist in the evaluation of service delivery, operational decision making, and meeting contract deliverables.Why Join Us?Boost your take-home pay with Salary Packaging – up to $15,900 per year and an additional $2,650 on meal entertainment, accommodation, and venue hire.Five weeks annual leave per year, plus guaranteed leave between Christmas/New Year holidays.Access to Professional Development allowance and study leave.Cut some costs by taking advantage of our employee discounts program.Discounted Private Health Insurance with Westfund.Access to personal banking services with the local team at St George and Westpac Banks.What will I do?Support the collection and reporting of the Organisation and Program Minimum data set.Collate and extract data related to program service delivery and ensure upload as required to relevant funding body portals within required deadlines.Document associated processes and procedures.Implement training to ensure the upskilling of mental health administrative team members to assist in always ensuring business continuity including data uploading within required deadlines.Conduct regular data integrity checks and provide skills training to program team members to ensure the accurate capture of all data relevant to service delivery.Conduct induction training with all new team members on using internal software.Maintain an expert knowledge of internal data needs and monitor any changes required.What do I need?Experience in data management in client/consumer management systems.Experience in export and import of data between information management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff.Demonstrated high level organisation, communication, and time management skills.Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.Demonstrated passion for data integrity and utilisation of data to inform decisions.Strong MS Excel Skills with experience manipulating data into meaningful reports.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Full responsibilities of this role may be viewed on the Position Description found at marathonhealth.com.au/jobs/r24095.Upload your current Resume/CV and a Cover Letter outlining your suitability for the role.Applications close Thursday 19 September 2024.
