Data Analyst

This Federal Government agency is renowned for it's large and complex IT programs.

You will play a key part in contributing to the delivery of initiatives that affect everyday Australians.

As the Data Analyst you will be required to improve and maintain data quality from the organisations data assets.
Working under limited direction, you manage and organise your own work and may have the opportunity to manage your own team.

Key Tasks:

Evaluate, define, integrate and organise data coming from multiple operational systems
Perform administrative, technical and customisation tasks in the data environment
Find inconsistencies in data and apply correct data handling procedures
Resolve data integration issues related to data in their area of expertise
Key Requirements:

Significant experience as a Data Analyst in Government or industry equivalent
Data analytics experience incorporating Teradata EDW
You will need knowledge in SQL or SAS
Proven ability to evaluate, define, integrate and organise data from multiple operational systems including SAP HANA and DB2
Please note this role requires candidates to hold a baseline clearance.
