About The Role Work within our Telecommunications Fixed Networks team, making a difference in the way we work!
We are seeking a Data Analyst to assist the team to achieve their project outcomes by extracting, analysing and translating data from internal, external systems and field worker reports.
What you'll be doing: Extract, manipulate and analyse data and proactively communicate and collaborate this with managers and the team Ensuring contractual data compliance standards are maintained Understand the business areas needs to ensure that data reporting is fit for purpose and provide advice for continuous improvement in data capturing and reporting Manage data gathering and prerequisite tasks Develop Power Apps, Automate & Power BI Data objects (Datasets/flows/marts) Leverage Power platform capabilities to simplify and automate tasks Identify user interactions and pursue report enhancements to deliver insights Identify and translate business requirements into data requirements Work with data engineering team to develop data models Work with business to identify data transformation rules to deliver outputs Work with business to identify data quality requirements and reporting to manage Identify data trends and analysis, presenting with Power BI visuals About You You will have experience in a similar role ideally with a passion for creating and self learning.
You will also possess: Strong within MS Excel with strong capabilities with VBA Proven experience creating and development in Power BI Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and logic app development Intermediate knowledge of data modelling Oracle SQL database experience and AZURE SQL server experience or knowledge Python experience (for automation) Adaptability and flexibility to work with multiple stakeholders and projects Diversity Ventia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
