Join a culture-led, caring organisation with a commitment to professional growth.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:Investigate, manipulate, process, and analyse large and complex data sets.Model data for Business Intelligence (BI) tools and create visualisations.Build and maintain data pipelines in the BI layer.Provide analytics-derived insights to organisational stakeholders.Support the creation of healthcare advanced analytics assets through data discovery and analysis.Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and ensure data product quality.This role comes with the following benefits:Professional advancement with LinkedIn Learning and Ramsay Leadership Academy.Discounts at major retailers and healthcare services.Flexible leave program and Employee Assistance Program for wellbeing.Leisure and financial benefits including travel discounts, salary sacrifice opportunities, and more.This role requires you to have:Tertiary qualifications in business, statistics, computer science, actuarial studies, data science, or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analytics and BI development.Ability to conduct data investigations, collect, cleanse, and merge data sets.Proficiency in developing dashboards and data visualisations.Advanced skills in SQL.Experience with PowerBI including data modelling.Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong track record in producing descriptive and diagnostic analytics.Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.Ability to handle uncertainty and focus on outcomes.You would benefit from having:Experience with healthcare data or working in a healthcare organisation.Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery or Databricks.Experience with DevOps practices and tools.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.Understanding of UX principles and practices.Postgraduate degree in computer science, data science, statistics, business or equivalent.Understanding of data lifecycle including data ingestion, ETL processes, data storage, data project management, and data quality checks.Understanding of predictive and prescriptive analytics, AI, and machine learning models.A National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months may be required. Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, including Covid-19, might be necessary based on role requirements.
