A key focus of the role is to support the development and delivery of dashboard reporting against KPIs, operational reporting, performance reporting and social impact reporting. The data & insights team strive to maximise the efficiency & effectiveness of our services, improve the scalability and access to our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities of the position include: Champion the use of data and analytics to drive decision making within the businessDeliver post implementation reviews and comparative reportingMaintain social impact measurement & customer satisfaction reportingThe ability to analyse, interpret and communicate insights drawn from multiple data sourcesDesign and maintain insightful interactive dashboards in Power BIAbility to code in Power Query, DAX and M LanguageHigh level of proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, functions, formulas etc)Translate business requirements into reporting and analysis specifications and negotiate timelines for delivery and formatThis is a permanent, full-time position and will be based in our Fortitude Valley offices in Brisbane.
What's required to succeed: Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics is highly regarded2+ years of experience in a similar role with significant experience focused on Reporting, Data Analytics and BI domain skillsA broad understanding of reporting and Business Intelligence concepts and practices including Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and Data ScienceIntermediate knowledge of SQL, SSRS and Power BIExposure to a service delivery environment and commercial experience is highly regardedStrong written and verbal communication skillsTime management and organisational skills to balance multiple projectsHighly numerate with strong IT, data and analytical capabilitiesEmbracing collaboration and innovation, we work as one to lead the change veterans need.
