About the Role: This role is perfect for a skilled Data Analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled in Tableau and SQL.
This role is focused on providing insightful reporting to drive data-informed decisions across the entire organization.
The successful candidate will need to have a technical background, coupled with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, ensuring that data is used effectively to solve problems and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and SQL queries to provide meaningful insights for various departments, including workforce and compliance teams.
Play a pivotal role in the upcoming data warehouse restructure, working closely with developers to ensure that business needs are met throughout the process.
Collaborate with external partners to manage key data relationships and ensure seamless integration with the new data infrastructure.
Analyze and update data sets, including newly implemented workers' compensation analytics, ensuring relevant insights are extracted and communicated effectively.
Identify and address data challenges, ensuring the organization moves towards best practices and an efficient data environment.
Translate complex data into actionable insights, helping managers and leaders understand and apply data effectively in their daily operations.
Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience with Tableau is essential, including creating and managing complex dashboards.
Experience with Power BI is transferable, but a deep familiarity with Tableau is preferred.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
Experience working on data warehouse projects, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical developers and business stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to interact with senior leadership and guide decision-making processes based on data insights.
