We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making for service delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Translate business needs into reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Perform data analysis using Power Query, DAX, M Language, and Excel.
Provide insights on service performance, social impact, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve data collection and entry processes.
Please apply only if you meet the following criteria: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analytics, reporting, or BI role.
Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Excel (including Power Query and DAX).
Proven commercial experience, ideally within a service delivery environment.
Full working rights in Australia.
You are Brisbane-based and willing to attend the office a few days per week.
Important: Unfortunately, this role is not suitable for graduates or those without relevant commercial experience.
