Primary Location SA - Happy Valley Job Description Summary Responsible for the efficient and effective entry of job data and provision of administrative support for the Field Operations Metro.
Working collaboratively with the Service Delivery team, this role provides data cleansing and validation support, while improving processes around collection of data.
This role also includes the provision of technical administrative support, including accounts payable, contract reporting and administration, and maintaining accurate and timely job data for input into SA Water data management systems.
Responsibilities •Validate KPI performance and associated Work Order •Validate all relevant data & reporting provided in time frames required •Review and validate job data input into Work Order App/ Maximo by the field crews and subcontractors •Assist in the development of arrange of metrics to assess data entry integrity •Report on the accuracy and completeness of data entry into the WOA by the field workforce •Support of the field teams through identification of reporting of common errors in data entry, and training to field teams in rectification techniques •Support the production of contract performance report through data validation and other analysis.
