Location: FlexibleType: Full time permanent opportunityHybrid role, Happy to talk flexible workingThe opportunity This exciting new role will support the Data Community, Adoption & Innovation team in driving effective data adoption across our AUSPAC division, including the embedment of innovative tools like generative AI. This role is all about bringing our business on the journey and helping them to use and adopt data & AI initiatives being delivered.
Your new role: As the Data Adoption Lead, you will play a key role in:
Communicating and simplifying the complexities associated with the delivery of data & AI initiatives, applying a people centric approach to adoption management.Implementing initiatives to shift the mindset and behaviour changes required to sustain adoption success.Collaborating and engaging with relevant teams to synchronize data adoption efforts to minimise the change experienced by end users.Measuring adoption success to identify and adjust for changes to engagement and training requirements.This role will report into the Head of Data Community, Adoption & Innovation and will be required to ensure alignment with broader Data & Analytics strategic communication and engagement activities.
Other responsibilities include: Develop and implement strategic engagement activities necessary for the successful business adoption of analytics initiatives, including but not limited to GenAI.Evaluate the technology, process and people impacts to determine necessary support materials required for adoption success.Identify and tackle potential barriers to adoption, partnering with business leaders to ensure a seamless transition for impacted employees.About you: You will have experience and/or familiarity with:
Data analytics, processes, and governance practices with the ability to transform complex data concepts into compelling narratives that drive change.The ability to manage multiple change initiatives to meet delivery timelines, you will be able to identify and solve problems related to data adoption.Collaboration closely with relevant teams (e.g., Change Chapter and human centred design) to help synchronize data adoption efforts and minimise changes experienced by stakeholders.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Confidence with presenting and engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.About QBE We can never really predict what's around the corner, but at QBE we're asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future – helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.
