You will be responsible for overseeing the widespread adoption of the new data and analytics platform empowering users at all levels to leverage data for informed decision-making to optimize performance and achieve strategic objectives.The PositionChampion Data Adoption: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy specifically designed to drive widespread adoption of the data platform across the organization.Build Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with business stakeholders to secure buy-in and champion the value proposition of the data platform.Communicate Data Vision: Translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Leverage data visualization and storytelling techniques to create compelling communication materials.Develop Data-Driven User Journeys: Partner with business stakeholders and the data science team to identify key data needs and deliver impactful use cases that demonstrate the value of the platform. These use cases should inform user journeys and guide targeted adoption efforts.Cultivate a Data-Driven Mindset: Develop and implement a data literacy program that goes beyond basic training. Encourage exploration, analysis, and storytelling with data to empower users to leverage data for informed decision making.Launch with Confidence: Collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure a smooth and successful platform launch. Develop launch plans, user onboarding strategies, and provide ongoing support to users transitioning to the new platform for each steel thread (MVP/module).Measure Data Fluency: Develop metrics and track progress to assess the effectiveness of data literacy initiatives.Champion Advanced Analytics: Stay up-to-date on data management trends and best practices. Advocate for advanced analytics and data science initiatives to propel the organization towards a data-driven future.You will have a proven track record successfully developing and executing data adoption strategies that drive user engagement with data and analytics platforms, along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
