The administrator is responsible for data collection, entry, auditing, reporting and the maintenance of the data bases, with respect to already established data management processes.

Selection Criteria: 1.
Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia 2.Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written and have confidence to speak with people at all levels 4.
Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheets and database software.

Strong organisational skills and ability to meet competing deadlines.

Demonstrates a professional standard of conduct which reflects the mission and values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries 7.Capacity to work both autonomously and under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
