This is an exciting opportunity for a National Business Manager - Non-Grocery Channel to join our busy sales team and to continue to drive and build strong relationships with key partners such as Costco, Kmart and Target all while building the Darrell Lea brand in the market.
Key responsibilities include: Managing relationships will be the key to success of this role, as you will be responsible for owning and managing the key stakeholder relationships both internally & externally. Deliver financial KPIs on Accounts managed across GSV & NSV sales, VTS spend & Business Profitability. Leading and developing a Joint business Plan with growth expectations each year across each key customer, in line with the Business Strategy for growth. Ensure compliance to each of these JBPs. Utilise data available to provide analysis to your customer base in order to upsell and deliver sales results and ensure strategy alignment to both business & strategy channel strategy. Lead & execute Range reviews with each customer. Customer relationship Management – developing a deep understanding of the customer and collaborating to achieve desired outcomes for both parties. Negotiation of terms agreements and securing O&A promotional program execution to optimise business results. Design & develop an ongoing promotional program for each buying group in line with promo guidelines stipulated, whilst ensuring efficient use of Trade Spend across all levels. Actively engage with your team members & broader team to collaborate, share information around the market/customer activity. Key engagement and link to Wholesale Account Manager to ensure consistent supply. Management and leadership of the TOTAL Rite Bite Group products across all customers – Darrell Lea Confectionery & Think Products Health food. About you: Minimum of 3 - 5 years National Account Management experience. Strong demonstrable portfolio of successful promotions and partnerships. Proven ability to achieve goals and enhance relationships within a complex customer environment. Significant attention to detail, whilst being a creative thinker. Proven leadership experience.
