The Position:
Gentech Seeds plan to implement and invest into a new strategy within the Australian Dairy Industry, to increase productivity and profitability and decrease risk.
To complement this strategy, GenTech Seeds are looking to recruit two new Dairy Specialists to develop increased awareness, knowledge and understanding with resellers, influencers and dairy farmers of how maize, forage sorghum and silage inoculants fit into profitable dairy farm systems.

You will focus on:
Increasing GenTech Seeds footprint in targeted high volume dairy regions Increasing GenTech Seeds presence at a national and industry level to assist with internal and external partnership opportunities Driving dairy system changes, and communicate clearly the benefits of maize silage for producers Ensure market growth within key dairy regions The Person:
We are keen to talk to you if you possess the following experience, skills and key personal attributes:
Extensive knowledge in dairy farming, broad industry knowledge and understanding of key trends in the related geographic hubs for these roles Advanced dairy farm system knowledge as well as key industry contacts Sound commercial acumen with well-developed and proven sales skills Ability to convey sometimes complex technical concepts to varied audiences in straightforward and understandable ways Active networker with excellent relationship skills A positive and proactive team player Highly developed presentation skills Tertiary degree in agriculture preferred, although candidates with proven industry experience will be highly regarded Well-developed and effective communicator Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM package) These are outstanding opportunities for a candidate seeking to be a change leader within the dairy industry.
There are two positions, one focusing on the Gippsland and Tasmanian markets and the other on the Western Victoria and South Eastern South Australia hubs.

It is expected that you have experience working within these segments and will reside within the targeted geographic areas.
