Staffing Officer Manage the coverage for all classes and duties for teacher and ES absences. Ensure all new casual relief staff are shown the location of the staffroom, staff bathrooms, first aid. Provide casual relief teachers attending onsite a printed copy of their daily work schedule with class times, class numbers, break times, yard duty times/locations, lesson plans, CRT folders. Communicate the daily bulletin, staffing absences/timetable to the whole school via Compass. Maintain up to date information in CRT folders. Ensure daily changes to staff and rooms are clearly communicated using school systems and processes. Monitor agency bookings and update the schools record system when Anzuk make changes to bookings. Identify any timetable problems and find appropriate solutions, liaising with the AP and the Senior and Junior department leading teachers when required. Forward plan replacement staff for upcoming weeks and planned leave absences. Make Anzuk CRT/CRT ES bookings via the APP on the staff mobile phone. Manage Local Payroll staff bookings via text on the staff mobile phone. Coordinate the daily absences of permanent staff members via the staff mobile phone. Keep accurate records of ALL staff absences and booked casual relief staff via the shared excel spreadsheet on google docs, ensuring all records are kept up to date. Prepare and analyse reports from School databases to support decision making. Provide new local payroll staff with all the relevant information, forms and documentation required. Provide the business manager with all completed documentation required for new local payroll staff to commence work. Other administrative support as required by the leadership team. Provide Education Support within a classroom between 9.30am - 2:50pm.
