About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 F&O Analyst with a strong background in Finance (FIN) and Project Management Accounting (PMA) modules.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience and preferably come from an accounting background.
This is a permanent position based in Sydney, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days in the office each week.
The role offers global roll-out exposure, providing the candidate with the opportunity to implement D365 in other regions of APAC.
Key Responsibilities: * Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O, specifically focusing on the FIN and PMA modules.
* Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
* Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate D365 F&O solutions to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
* Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.
* Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to D365 F&O, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in D365 F&O, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with D365 F&O, with a focus on Finance and Project Management Accounting modules.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Skills: * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
* Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 F&O.
* Excellent problem - solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
