Experience with or knowledge of the following technologies or concepts:- IT Networking Principles- Cybersecurity- Malware and Cyber threats- Strong soft skills, including Written, Verbal, Problem solving, Decision making.IAM AND EMAIL SECURITYKey Responsibilities: Security and Access Management as per the customer requirements.Implementation of native office 365 security services: Azure Policies, IAM, Email security policies.Security assessment in customer cloud environment.Participate in client workshop and present security/IAM architecture.Work as a governance lead and drive the project toward successful closureReusable asset creation.Automation asset creations.Strong Knowledge on IaaS, SaaS, PaaS.Experience in implementation AWS, Azure.Expertise in designing and implementing cloud AWS/AZURE/GCP5, Expertise on technical presentation Infront of client.Expertise on security assessment of Cloud environment.Strong Knowledge Cloud AWS/Azure/GCP network.Strong working knowledge on Devops, CICD pipeline.Expertise in MS excel and word. Cyber Security Operations (Sec ops) L3 support on the analysis of security events and containment for all security incident events to safeguard Customer infra. Help team for required inputs.Experience in updating and preparation of SOP and Run book.Experience in Risk/ compliance/ Governance.Providing RCA for the major incident occurred in customer environment.Understanding of Incident response plan.Good firsthand experience in cloud security i.e., Microsoft Azure.Able to prepare report/ slides for customer presentation. Vulnerability Management: Vulnerability Management Life Cycle.Vulnerability assessment including identifying risk and impact to the environment.Implement and manage VM tools.Reduce downtime and ensure business continuity.Good knowledge / expertise on TCP/IP Network traffic and azurePrioritize multiple high-priority tasks and formulate responses / recommendations to customers and team members in a challenging environment.Thoroughly document the activities performed and good working knowledge of ServiceNow.Provide threat and vulnerability analysis as well as security advisory services. Experience: 8+ Years.Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role1. Governance / Handling and investigating on reported Cyber Security Domain Issues.
